The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa

Beautiful hotel. Great location. I had a small compliant at no fault to the hotel but due to another guest with a blaring tv during the early morning hours. I made a call to the front desk and Brandon was quick to act ensuring the situation was taken care of. Thank you so much Brandon!

I absolutely love the Westin. I’ve been coming for years with my husband for his golf tournaments and I just wanted to mention two people who made my experience top tier. Cobee and Andrea. Even though it was busy, they acknowledged each customer and accommodated to each situation. Will be recommending this hotel to family members/friends. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing during my visit. I only stayed for one night, but my experience was exceptional. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I felt welcomed and at home. The bed was cozy, and the linens were soft. The location is also close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

We came here for a quick overnight stay with our daughters and had a lovely stay! Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and the facilities seemed clean. Our girls LOVED the slide and the splash pad! The only major issues were: the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub as there was a lot of debris in both and I’m relatively sure I got food poisoning from the crab cakes that were delivered by room service. We compared all the food we had eaten over the weekend and that was the only meal no one else in our family tasted and I was in the bathroom for 2 days. I would definitely recommend the hotel just avoid the crab cakes if you order room service!

Nice hotel. Could use some maintenance here and there (examples: faucet handle on shower was broken, ice machine on level 2 leaking, no dog poop bags available). Other than that, very nice. Good food for room service. Decent prices. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and aiming to please. Also the blackout curtains were great.

Stayed here for one night in August 2025. The property is well managed and maintained. I did not have any issues with the room, decor, amenities, service or the reservation. I did also dine at the bar and had a drink. I food was good, the service was just right. The check-in process was cordial and quick. Given this is a golf course hotel, I am sure the other amenities are very nice and well managed but I did not take advantage of it. My room was clean and well put together. It was Westin charming. That is, it had the identifiable furniture and decor. It did feel familiar and i liked it. The room I had was spacious and big and the bathroom too. Would stay here again when in the area.

The Westin had great check-in and a lovely room. But when I arrived in my room, it was still open. Trash cans were on top of each other. I walked out to get dinner and my key didn’t work when I came back. Further , it wasn’t actually a full service hotel which was the strangest thing. No food on property during mid-day. Perhaps I was just there at a slow time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Stonebriar. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and great restaurants, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday and hoped to play a video we created in her honor on one of the large screens. Cobee, the outlets supervisor, went above and beyond to make this happen. He helped us project the video in the golf simulator room, creating such a special and memorable moment. My mom was completely surprised, and it was a beautiful way to celebrate her milestone birthday. This would not have been possible without Cobee and the support of the entire staff. Thank you again for helping us create such a meaningful and unforgettable celebration!
